Dumbbell Lateral Raise for Toned Arm Lines 💪

✅ An isolation exercise that strengthens your shoulder with emphasis on the sides of the deltoid muscle
1️⃣ Stand hip width apart, hold a pair of dumbbells with palms facing each other
2️⃣ Raise your elbows up to shoulder height. Pause, then lower the weights to starting position
